Vermin Theory is an alternative/metal band from Norway formed in 2015. Tom Costigan (Also known from his other band: Le Flan de Sang) on the bass and screamo vocals, Sahan Shanmugaratnam (Also known from his now divorced alternative rock band: Kintama ) on guitar + backing vocals, and Geo on the drums + backing vocals. The band members are born in three different decades and therefore get their inpiration from many different genres and styles of the 70s,80s & 90s. Their sound incorporates rhythmes from funk, hiphop and reggae and combines it with heavy metalcore riffs, melodic solos and screamo vocals. Political, enviornmental, dark, post-apocalyptic messages with a twist of humor.
